Job Description

We’re looking an Assurance Lead with a continuous improvement mindset to join our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that solution delivery complies with business and technical policies, and for ensuring that our third-party service providers meet and exceed expectations. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: 

  • Engaging with policy owners across the business (Security, Data, Quality, Cloud, Communications) ensuring alignment to policies and standards
  • Looking at implications of policies to Solution Delivery and relevant third parties
  • Working with Solution Managers and Principal Engineers to identify and implement the necessary controls
  • Recording, managing, and reporting on compliance risks
  • Identifying gaps, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Preparing and supporting audit activities, including responding to queries
  • Partnering with procurement to establish and maintain performance and productivity measures
  • Establishing, maintaining and prioritising the improvements backlog, working with suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Leading on the response and resolution of third-party service provider performance escalations

What you'll bring:  

  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance with third parties/suppliers
  • Sound knowledge of the Software Delivery Lifecycle / DevSecOps
  • Experience in Test/Quality Management within an agile and complex federated environment
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to lead and work in a team, as well as independently
  • Excellent collaborator with the ability to connect with a people in a professional manner 
  • Extensive experience in policy and compliance management would be desirable
  • Proficiency in using Azure Dev. Ops, Power BI, and Advanced MS Excel would be advantageous
