AXA - Global Healthcare are looking for a Senior Product Governance Analyst to join our Product and Proposition team. In this role, you’ll deliver complex and detailed analysis of our products to provide assurance that they continue to meet the needs of our customers and deliver fair outcomes to them.
Reporting to the Product Governance Manager, you’ll gather insight and analyse MI against defined customer outcomes using wide ranging data including complaints, loss ratios, claims, customer insight, pricing and lapse data, resulting in recommendations to senior management to mitigate any customer detriment identified e.g. changes to product design. You’ll work across multiple streams and engage with stakeholders around the business such as Compliance, Product, Distribution, Conduct Risk, Complaints, Customer Service, Claims and Underwriting.
