Job Description

It’s an exciting time at AXA Health, with significant investment planned to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our Account Manager team on a permanent basis. You’ll maintain and grow the relationship between AXA healthcare and our Client Relationship Customers.

 

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at our Leicester office, visiting clients or attending industry events. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Achieve a yearly retention target through Sales Retention.
  • Work within the commercial rules and budget allocation for your portfolios, ensuring all data requirements are kept up to date.
  • Develop relationships with our internal and external customers by providing an efficient and reliable service across all communication channels.
  • Ensure all sales complaints and grumbles raised are handled, monitored and recorded using the agreed complaints escalation process and systems.
  • Provide a professional service to all our customers ensuring that core behaviours are in mind when dealing with complaints and they are handled within our agreed SLA’s.
  • Consistently evidence that you are delivering accurate and compliant information to customers.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience within the account management field.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent phone-based communication.
  • Developed time management skills with a high attention to detail and quality.
  • Team player mentalilty, you'll work well independently and with others.
  • Goal orientated, organised and methodical.
