At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Dealing mainly through Brokers, you'll be proactively managing a portfolio of claims up to £100K.
  • Carrying out comprehensive investigations into policy and legal liability for all newly allocated EL, PL and Disease claims in order to successfully negotiate a cost effective and speedy resolution.
  • Providing excellent customer service, whilst having a logical and measured approach to all tasks.
  • Dealing confidently and tactfully with people over the phone.
  • Be an active and visible coach, focusing on working closely with the team to focus on development.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven negotiation skills and use of tactics in managing EL, PL and Disease claims.
  • Relevant transferable skills with experience from the financial sector or overarching insurance would be considered.
