Job Description

It’s an exciting time to join the Marketing and Communication team here at AXA – Global Healthcare (AGH), with significant investment planned transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a talent individual to join the team.

 

As Social Media and Content Senior Executive, you’ll develop engaging, insight-driven business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) content. This will power our external communications plans across earned, owned, shared and paid media channels, improving awareness, consideration or conversion of our brand, products and services. You’ll develop an insight-led and integrated social strategy.

 

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Support the engagement strategy by delivering and managing the annual content strategy and calendar.
  • Act as community manager, writing engaging social media posts across LinkedIn and Facebook channels.
  • Lead the creation of a Facebook channel, working with the agency to define strategy and content positioning.
  • Become an expert in new content formats (podcasts, blogs, video, visual storytelling), focusing on multimedia and video content.
  • Lead on multimedia content producing short, viral and low fidelity video content in-house using Playplay. Also source third party providers such as voice over artists and motion graphics experts.
  • Own and manage AGH’s YouTube channel and new podcast, Chronic Healthcast.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to activate thought leadership campaigns and support engagement activity.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Excellent editorial and copywriting skills – you know how to write and produce engaging, human copy that builds engagement.
  • Digital first mindset with an understanding of the role of digital channels (social, website, email, digital PR, influencer marketing) in building successful communications.
  • Experience in developing content for LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Expertise in multimedia content including video-based to drive engagement, thought leadership and brand awareness.
  • Understanding of SEO optimisation.
  • Knowledge of integrated communications planning – can demonstrate examples where you’ve joined up content plans across more than one channel.
  • Project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and get things done whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Creative, culturally curious and adept at uncovering audience insight that can power our content plans.
  • Brand literate, understanding the importance of our brand in building our stories.
