Job Description

AXA – Global Healthcare are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as Business Manager Support, for our Technology and Data teams in International Health. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our teams by providing essential administrative and analytical support. If you’re a detail-oriented and proactive professional, with a passion for supporting technology and data initiatives, together with experience at providing administrative support covering financial, workforce and vendor management, we'd love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in analysing and preparing performance reports on workforce and operational metrics, offering valuable insights for decision-making purposes.
  • Contract administration and performance analysis to enhance the value provided by external partners.
  • Understand current workflows and collaborate to deliver new, efficient operational processes, driving change and enhancing overall effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and a can-do attitude to drive initiatives and contribute positively to the team's success.
  • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration to foster relationships across the International Health business units and wider intercompany connections.
  • Own the financial management process, overseeing supplier relationships, monthly and quarterly invoicing, and accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost-effectiveness.
  • Take responsibility for workforce planning, collaborating with team members and vendors to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Administrative support to support the effective running of the team, including implementation of governance and control frameworks, team calendars, meetings and events.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in providing comprehensive administrative support, including financial, workforce, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in establishing and developing partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders and communicating both in verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical with a talent for solving complex problems.
  • Experience with modern reporting KPI tools such as Power BI.
  •  Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness, taking initiative to support colleagues and contribute to collective goals.
