We’re seeking a highly intuitive individual to join our Marketing team to help us build digital presence and achieve our growth ambition.

 

As Senior Customer Insight Executive, you’ll play a crucial part in the design and delivery of a customer insight programme. Your key focus will be on managing the delivery and analysis of customer research to support continuous improvement and positive customer outcomes.

 

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either attendance at one of Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Manage the delivery of regular research projects which measure customer satisfaction during key parts of the customer experience.
  • Use customer research to assess how we are meeting obligations to customers under Consumer Duty.
  • Provide insight to inform design, business cases, and measure performance for new customer products and propositions.
  • Present insight that identifies improvements in communications and processes that affect the Customer.
  • Lead customer insight projects to gather understanding of our target audience needs and behaviours, provide up to date visibility on trends from our target market.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Support with implementation of the wider Insight remit as and when required in projects.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Experience working on qualitative and quantitative research projects - essential.
  • Financial services experience required, including in-depth understanding of the Consumer Duty – essential.
  • Data literate with very strong analytical skills - essential.
  • Customer focused and highly developed attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and manage relationships.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Market and strategic awareness.
  • Prioritisation skills.
  • Understanding of AXA business values in every part of the role.

 

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

 

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
