Job Description

AXA- Global Healthcare (AGH) are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join their Executive Office and manage the coordination of high-quality business and operational support to the AGH exec team. Ensuring goals and objectives are met, you’ll also provide opportunities to actively participate in the strategic planning process and lead on the delivery of strategic projects.

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Develop and use global health insurance market analysis to identify trends and inform strategy decision making
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify business challenges and improve strategic problem solving across the business
  • Leveraging consultancy expertise and experience to lead on components of the strategic planning process and deliver specific strategic studies (incl. M&A)
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and wider stakeholders to create simple and lean strategic planning processes to optimise decision-making and focus executive time
  • Oversee aspects of the executive office such as event / meeting planning, preparing presentations or material for facilitation, manage files and assist with inquiries for information from wider AXA Group Stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Transformation Office to drive the execution of key strategic initiatives and monitor the progress of strategy execution against overall goals, objectives, targets and budgets 
  • Optimise the governance of the AGH ExCom including preparation of agendas, presentations, co-ordinating information requests, ensuring that meetings are run efficiently and manage
  • Provide constructive challenges, ideas and opinion to the Exec Leadership Team, and build strong relationships and collaborate across the team, linking Leadership with the broader organisation

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a strategy consultant, business consultant or similar role
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis and strategic planning
  • Experience in conducting market, business and financial analysis to inform actionable business improvement strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a goal of developing excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments in a productive manner
  • A highly flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management, organisational skills and project management skills with a dedication to efficiency.
