AXA Retail are looking for a talented, passionate and versatile Salesforce Engineer, with a growth mind-set and a commitment to technical excellence. You’ll be a key member of our agile development community, building and maintaining our Salesforce Ecosystem and its integration with our in-house insurance platform, whilst embracing industry best practice and standards. Your highly collaborative style will help to nurture a culture of growth and learning, and you’ll demonstrate the courage and resilience to persevere when faced with new challenges.
Our technology stack is mostly made up of the following technologies; APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Lightening Web Components, HTML, CSS, Custom Objects, Complex Batch Jobs, Azure DevOps and Copado however we’re also using and investigating many other languages and technologies with a primary focus on the Salesforce Platform, alongside an Azure cloud services landscape.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
