Here at AXA UK, we're looking to appoint an experienced Performance Management Programme Manager, on an 8-12 month FTC. As part of the UK&I People Operations Team, you’ll be responsible for providing programme management across the five strategic workstreams of the Performance Management Programme. You’ll manage governance and be responsible for defining and leading the delivery of outcomes, and realising the expected benefits and return on expectation. You’ll align the resources, activities and initiatives across Learning, Development, Talent Management, Reward, Employee Relations, People Systems, Change and Internal Communications, and leverage the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence, People Project Teams and People Partnering models, to implement and embed the programme of activity.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at either our Bristol, Bolton or Tunbridge Wells office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
