Job Description

Do you have an interest in research and insights? We’re looking for an Insight Executive who’s keen to learn more about insurance, as well as making things better for our customers. You’ll show initiative and research ideas that have a direct impact on the products and propositions we offer.

 

You’ll monitor the customer, competitor and market landscape. You’ll deliver actionable customer insights used to inform key business decisions. You’ll also identify trends in customer and market data, providing recommendations and improvements to our products and propositions.

 

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:                                                                                                                                

 

  • Manage regular insight sharing from collecting information, writing and publishing.
  • Gather competitor intelligence and benchmark our products, services and performance.
  • Deliver and analyse research, including managing consumer panels.
  • Lead the partner relationships with agencies to ensure projects are delivered appropriately.
  • Interpret information and data, applying findings to improve performances and business choices.
  • Communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify key trends in customer and market data. Provide recommendations and improvements.
  • Support customer satisfaction monitoring including implementation, delivery and management of customer surveys.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar research or insight role – essential (we’re open to applications without Financial Services experience).
  • Proactive approach – essential.
  • Curious and open minded.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of analysis and interpretation of data and tracking data.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – you’ll produce automated reports, visuals and presentations.
